Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your order, you can return it at our own discretion within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Please note that a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been opened, used or does not meet our discretion.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@newcircuit.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they're shipped and they need to go through return and refund process.  Such orders are subject to 25% refund fee. Orders that has not yet been shipped are subject to 5% cancelation fee.  Special orders are not cancelable nor refundable.  

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. These fees, as well as any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. New Circuit Films, LLC has no control nor responsibility over such charges. Please note that customs processes may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Contact your local customs office for further information.
